​Join us this summer for 8 days of silence on the land.

Plant attunements are ancient tradition found on every continent around the world.

You will work with the spirit of a local plant and get to know who they

are in a deeply profound way.  This year we will work with white pine, yarrow, and mugwort. You will be matched with a plant suitable to you.

 Attunements are similar to a dieta. This is the word for diet in Spanish. For a length of time you are in silence and solitude. You drink the tea of a sacred plant to connect with their spirit. You are dieting the plant. When you give up your everyday actions and routines you can open to the gifts of the plant you are dieting in a profound way. During this period of time you abstain from regular life and eat very simple foods. It is a time to connect to the plant spirit consciousness.

In silence the plants speak.

There is big trend of online dietas/attunements where folks continue their everyday life

and meet on zoom. This is not a true dieta. This is a different type of experience.

​

I encourage you to truly sit with why you feel a dieta/attunement away from home is essential. Your teachers need to be with you on site in person.

They hold a loving container and someone is available 24 hours a day in person.

In a fast past world we need to navigate the duality of offerings being presented.

Does a short cut work? What happens when we show up 40%?

 $1200-$1700. Sliding scale. Pay in this range.

Her mission is to help others reconnect with their creative power and the earth's beauty through ritual, energy work, and plant medicine magic. She curates ceremonial spaces for mystics, practitioners, and artists to tend their craft and enhance their wellbeing in meaningful, accessible, and deeply nourishing ways.

Over the past 5 years Brooke has participated in numerous plant medicine dietas in both Canada and Peru. Ceremonies with master plants like ayahuasca, wuachuma, kambo, and psilocybin continue to inform her process of integration, service, and alignment with her soul's purpose. She has dieted with the plant spirits of noya rao, bobinsana, chiriksanango, and huayra caspi respectively.
